Use the in-product Report action for Scene posts, media, or profiles whenever it is available. For urgent account or moderation help, contact support. If there is an immediate physical emergency, contact local emergency services rather than relying on AfterFive.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete an AfterFive account online. Sign in to verify the account and complete the deletion request.

Tickets and event changes

AfterFive links to third-party organizers and ticket providers. Refunds, ticket transfers, venue entry, cancellations, and purchase disputes generally need to be handled with the company that processed the transaction. If an AfterFive listing itself is inaccurate, send us the event link and the correction.
