AfterFive Terms of Service

1. Using AfterFive

AfterFive helps people discover events, nightlife, culture, venues, and community activity. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, use AfterFive only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or other person authorized to agree for you where required by law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person, venue, artist, organizer, or business. You may delete your account from the account settings or at afterfive.tech/delete-account.

3. Event information and third parties

Event details can change. AfterFive may combine information from organizers, venues, ticketing services, event providers, community submissions, and public sources. Confirm important details with the organizer or ticket provider before purchasing, traveling, or attending. Third-party ticketing, maps, websites, and services have their own terms and privacy practices, and AfterFive does not control those third-party transactions.

4. Your submissions and community content

You keep ownership of content you submit to AfterFive. By submitting event information, posts, replies, profile information, photos, videos, or other content, you give AfterFive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

5. Community standards

Community activity must follow the AfterFive Community Guidelines. Do not post unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, exploitative, deceptive, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, spammy, or impersonating content. We may remove content, limit access, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users and the service.

6. Event submissions

Event submissions may be reviewed, edited for formatting or clarity, rejected, de-duplicated, merged with provider data, or removed. Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, promotion, or continued availability. Do not submit confidential information in public event fields.

7. Service changes

AfterFive may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also remove inaccurate, expired, unsafe, infringing, or policy-violating content. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every listing will be complete or current.

8. Intellectual property

AfterFive branding, product design, software, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you a right to use AfterFive trademarks or copy the service except as permitted by law or with written permission.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

AfterFive is a discovery service, not the organizer, venue, ticket seller, transportation provider, or safety guarantor for third-party events unless explicitly stated otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
